The place is exactly what we needed for our stay. All the basic amenities are there, and the place is clean. It's near Robinsons and other establishments.

A variety store (sari-sari store) is also nearby where you could buy purified water and other things you might need for your stay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The place is very accessible to commuters. Outside the subdivision, there's a food center and a spot where you could have a good view of the city. I enjoyed birdwatching there as well. Phil was also very prompt in answering our queries. We requested for extension thru the Airbnb platform and he responded quickly. His prompt assistance is very much appreciated.

The place was easy to find. We felt secured as it’s located inside a gated subdivision. Amenities provided is worth more than the price of our stay. His place is is also good for long term stay as they have AWM and fast WiFi connection.

Would recommend to family and friends and would surely book again next time.
